I HAD A 2015 CHEVY SIVERATO WHICH USED A KEY IN THE IGNITION. JUST BOUGHT A 2021 FORD F 150 WHICH USES A PUSH BUTTON AND KEY FOB. NOW I WANT TO LOCK MY HITCH BUT NO LONGER HAVE A VECHILE KEY.

The BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" and 2-1/2" Hitches # BL7018447 will work for all models of your 2021 Ford F-150, and will utilize the center cut key usually found inside the key fob itself.
If you do not have a center cut key on your key fob, and you do not want to carry another key, I recommend the Master Lock Pivot Lock Hitch Pin for 2" Hitches # ML1465DAT. This has a built in clip that ensures you do not lose it, however this isn't the most secure option because anyone could unlock and remove the pin.
If you prefer a hitch pin that requires a key for operation, I recommend the etrailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" and 2-1/2" Hitches # e98881. This includes 2 keys that can be used to lock and unlock your hitch pin keeping your accessories safe.
