There are two options for a front hitch that fits your 2021 Ram 2500, the EcoHitch # EH37FR and the Curt # C31089. The Curt hangs down slightly in the front, so you will lose approximately 1/4"-1/2" from where the 2" receiver comes down from the 1-7/8" cutout on the front bumper fascia. Since it is hanging down below the bumper fascia, it may also make a difference in clearance on a slope depending on what you are doing and what is attached to the hitch.

With the EcoHitch # EH37FR you do not lose any clearance. It sits higher overall so it will also give you the most clearance for whatever you are carrying on the front of your truck. This hitch has a line pull of 10,000 lbs and vertical load limit of 1000 lbs. Since clearance seems to be your main concern I would definitely recommend this over the Curt.
