what is the measurment for the mounting holes, my frame rail is 27 inches by 34 inches. curt 13028 clas 3 trailer hitch i was looking at. thanks

I went out to the warehouse and took some measurements for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 13028 you referenced. The measurement running from the middle of the bolt holes across the length of the receiver is 31-1/8". I can confirm that this hitch does fit a 1978 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup. I have attached pictures of the measurements.
