can you mount these on the side of a concrete building

The Pack'Em Ladder Rack Bracket Kit # PK-28WL is typically mounted on something like the Utility and Enclosed Trailer Tower Kit # PK-BM, but could be adapted to be mounted on a concrete wall. However, as these typically mount on a tower/post, they will need some modification to be able to do so. I included a picture of the brackets that will need to be removed if you choose to go this route. I do also have to mention that the included hardware will not be able to be used.

With that said, you could also mount the # PK-BM tower kit to the wall and then attach the # PK-28WL to that. This will require no modification of anything and will be the better option, in my opinion.
