Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Topargee Bluetooth water tank gauge with adapter fittings. So folks, we've all been there. You had your tank panel on your RV or camper, your rigs say full all morning. Then you go to do something later on, and now all of a sudden, halfway through dishes, you know you're having problems, because now all of a sudden, you're out of water.
Well, most factory gauges, honestly, they're just not accurate. We all know this. They read in bigger jumps, like full, three-quarters, half. So you end up guessing most times instead of actually knowing exactly how much water you have left. So that's exactly what this Topargee Bluetooth water tank gauge fixes, but it's gonna do it in a smart way.
So instead of your traditional display, this will use your smartphone as the screen, and it's gonna connect via Bluetooth, so that you can see exactly what your water level is, and you're not gonna be guessing, and you can do that right in their app, in gallons or in liters. Now keep in mind, at the time of this recording, this is primarily what the app looked like. We all know that a lot of companies update apps over time, so if it looks a little different, don't freak out. It's just what it looks like at the time of this recording. So again, instead of the traditional display, this is gonna use your smartphone as that screen, and just like the flush mount version that they sell, this is not guessing, it's using the inline system here to accurately read to the gallon how much water you've used.
So when you set it up initially, you'll put in what your water tank size is, and then it's gonna track down as you're using it with this device that's reading the water flow inside of here, and you literally just cut your water line, it gets installed in line. It's very simple to install. We give you all the fittings that you could possibly need to do that as well. So it's a quick, easy installation. Now this part does run on two AA batteries.
Let me get this one clipped here. And as you can see, they're not included. So make sure you have two AA batteries, and it does use this nice wall clip here to hang on again. So you have everything you need. And this is gonna be great, again, because it runs on 12A batteries or optional 12-volt power. You can use either/or, you don't have to use the batteries, and it doesn't use internet. Again, it's using Bluetooth. This is great for those off-grid setups, whether it's RVs, boats, overland rigs. And again, once you know your usage, pretty much after a few days of using this setup, you're gonna pretty much know what your daily usage is, and you're gonna have a lot better track on how much water you need to bring with you, and also how much water you actually use. Well, folks, that's gonna wrap up our quickly together. As always, if you need help with the installation or don't wanna tackle it yourself, we have an install locator link, usually below this video or on the product page. And based on your zip code, we can pair you up with the trusted etrailer technician in your area. Thanks for watching and have a good one.
