The definitive way to determine if a vehicle has a factory tow package is to have a dealership run the VIN number through their system. They can then tell you how the vehicle is equipped.

If you are looking to do some towing I recommend Curt trailer hitch # C13143 that you have referenced. You can then use the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you find that you do not have the factory tow package and need to add trailer wiring use # 118478. If you find you do have the factory tow package and need to add wiring use # 118252.
