Demco Bolt on A-Frame Coupler to Replace Broken Welded On Coupler

Question:

Looking to replace my 2 horse trailer hitch since I broker the coupler. I sawItem # DM13205-95 and wondering if this will replace what was a weld on before? I wasnt sure if the span would be correct to fit over the frame or not and could not find any measurements? I dont have a welder so was hopping I could do bolt on replacement but if it wont fit I can borrow a welder. Thanks,

The Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler w/ Jack Hole item # DM13205-95 that you referenced will fit a standard a-frame trailer. This is a bolt on coupler so you won't have to borrow a welder. To install you will want to use 3/8 inch, grade 5 bolts , approximately 1-1/2 inches long. You will want to use 5 of these bolts per side for a total of 10 bolts. I have attached a detailed diagram of this coupler so you can confirm it fits your trailer before you purchase.
