I have a 2012 Ram 3500 dually with a heavy utility box, welder, etc. it’s sitting on the overloads now see photo. Will TLA7311 help? It will preload the overloads even more. What would you recommend?

Thanks for the picture. The TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade w Quick-Disconnects item # TLA7311 aren't going to be of any help to you because your overload spring is already engaged due to the weight in the bed of your Ram 3500. I am guessing your truck bottoms out quite a bit.
I recommend the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit item # SSA23. They will reinforce your Ram's rear suspension with extra leaf springs that prevent sagging. This kit is designed to fit a vehicle with factory top overload springs. The top overload spring is what's sitting above the factory leaf spring pack in your picture. These are adjustable and have a setting that increases load support and ride height for constant heavy loads.
