Diameter of the Axle Brake Grommet 046-016-00

Question:

Can you tell me what the tube OD is of this grommet? Basically what size hole in the axle does the grommet require for ion. I have a AL-KO 3500# axle with a 3/8inch hole. Thanks for all info.

The diameter of the Replacement Brake Wire Grommet # 046-016-00 is 3/8" with a length of 7/16". I have attached a video that goes over these measurements at the 25 second mark of the video.
