For this you will need the Curt Ball Mount # C45070, Curt Anti-Rattle Kit # C69HR and the Curt RockerBall Shock Absorbing 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # C82KR.
The ball mount and anti-rattle kit are the same ones that are included with the Curt RockerBall Anti-Rattle Towing Kit # C43KR.
