Wiring The Jensen Enclosed Amplified Marine Subwoofer Into A Golf Cart

Question:
I already ran the remote wire on my golf cart would i be able to cut the remote wire off the factory harness and rewire the remote wire i just ran, will that hurt anything?

The wiring harness for the Jensen Enclosed Amplified Marine Subwoofer # JMPSW800 has a 3-wire pigtail for you to splice in your power, ground, and remote. You would just need to cut the wire down to necessary length and splice it to the remote wire you already ran.
