Can the Tekonsha P3 Trailer Brake Controller be Reset

Question:

Is it possible to do a factory reset on the settings or is that even necessary. I made a mistake by entering the wrong info to set the brake controller I set it for 7.0 instead of 6.0

You can reset the controller by unplugging it for 15 minutes. However that should not be needed if you just need to adjust the output power. Just use the buttons on the left of the controller to select the output voltage you want. I have included a link to the installation instructions so you can see the procedure. Power output should be adjusted prior to using any of the boost levels.
