Do they make a receiver that is completely hidden for my 2021 Mazda CX-5? I plan to use it to tow but my driveway is very steep and I don't want it to drag when I pull in and out of the driveway.

Yes, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH35MR is a completely hidden receiver that is custom fit for your 2021 Mazda CX-5. This receiver has a completely removable receiver tube that will allow for you to not see any portion of the receiver with the tube removed.

Since the receiver tube that is included with the receiver is only good for hitch mounted accessories you will need the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring # SH25MR. This will provide you with wiring for a 4-way flat trailer connection as well as their ball mount.
