Question:

I have a 2022 Honda CR-V and am looking at hitches, is there one that does not require trimming the fascia? I am hesitant to trim the fascia on my new car.

There unfortunately is not a hitch available for your 2022 Honda CR-V that does not require some trimming of the fascia. But you don't need to fear trimming the fascia to install a hitch. The trimming is going to be minor and will not be visible with the hitch installed. I have included a video of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848 being installed. At about the 3:50 mark of the video they cover the fascia being trimmed.

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848 is also the hitch that I would recommend for your 2022 Honda CR-V. This hitch is made in the USA and will provide you with a 2" receiver which is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories such as bike racks, cargo carriers and ball mounts.

If you plan to use the hitch for towing you will also want to pick up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741 to provide power to your trailers signal lights and the Curt Class III Ball Mount # C45056 for a ball mount.
