Can I install d13960 trans cooler in front of radiator

Yes you could install the Derale HyperCool Remote Mount Transmission Cooler part # D13960 in front of your radiator. To reverse the direction of the fan you'd just need to reverse the polarity of the wires for it and you'd be set.
