I have a 10k revolution fifth wheel pin box and a Reese Elite RE 18 Fifth wheel hitch , which end should the universal wedge face the king pin ?

For the universal wedge # 201100 and an Elite Series hitch you will follow the same directions and diagrams for the Signature Series hitches. I have included a picture for you that shows how the universal wedge should be oriented. I have also linked some Sidewinder/Revolution instructions that contain this information.
