First, it has a weight limit of 80 lbs per bike and it can fit bikes with wheelbases up to 60". You will have no problems fitting your cargo bike on this rack. It comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin and tightener to reduce the movement between the hitch receiver and the hitch bike rack. You can lock this hitch bike rack to the rear of your vehicle. The wheel cradles will keep you bike from moving and the padded frame clamps will secure and lock your bike to the rack.
