Question:
How much height do snap pads add to the lift ? Will they take the wheels off the ground when the jacks are fully extended ?

Expert Reply:
The bottom portion of the SnapPad Jack Pads # SP54FR2 are approximately 1" thick but they are not meant to lift your wheels off the ground. If your wheels came off the ground that would mean you're putting the full weight of your RV onto the jacks, which is not recommend. These pads are meant to be installed on your jack feet to eliminate the need to crawl under your motorhome to position plastic pads or wood blocks. It also increases the surface area of your leveling jack's feet to provide added support for your motorhome, which will help prevent your motorhome from sinking into soft ground, unlike smaller metal feet.
