Can you direct me on instructions or help finding instructions on how to remove old 32 inch greystone to replace with new 32 inch greystone? Model of RV is 2021 heritage wildwood Glen

You should be able to remove the cover on your original fireplace to get at the hardware so you can replace it with something like the Greystone 32" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000076. In my experience you should be able to push in and up on the trim piece to remove it from the face of the fireplace. Then it should be a simple manner of removing the hardware that was used to install it and then mounting the new fireplace by reversing these steps.
