Measurement Needed to Mount a Dometic 320 Full-Timer RV Toilet at an Angle
Updated 10/27/2025 | Published 03/03/2025 >
Question:
I have a 2022 bungalow Jayco with a 310 Dominic toilet in it on a 45° angle. I want to put a 320 toilet in there. What’s the measurement from the 45° angle? Will it fit easier being on an angle then being flat against the wall will have more room.

Hey Randy, thanks for the picture! You're going to want to measure straight back 11" from each of the mounting bolts in your toilet flange to the walls. You're going to need at least 11" to install the Dometic 320 Full-Timer RV Toilet item # DOM87FR.
Seeing how your current toilet is mounted at an angle it would probably be best to install a new toilet in the same orientation. It looks to be pretty close to the wall already and you may not have the knee space if you turn it forward facing out of that corner.

Hey Randy, how did your swap to the Dometic 320 toilet go with that angled setup in your Jayco? Did keeping it at the 45° angle give you the space you needed? Your update could make it easier for others working with the same layout.
