Can a Draw-Tite Hitch for a 2018 Honda CR-V Fit Any Other Vehicles

Will a drawtite trailer hitch fit any other car besides a 2018 honda crv, any other year or make?

Draw-Tite is one of the leading trailer hitch manufacturers and they make hitches for almost every vehicle on the market. For a 2018 Honda CR-V you would use something like part # DT79MR but this is only designed to fit 2017-Current CR-Vs.

If you have a different vehicle it will require a different trailer hitch. Let me know what year/make/model you're looking for a hitch for and I can see if we have something that fits.

I previously purchased a Reese draw tight hitch for a 2018 crv. It was removed as the car was sold. I’d like it to be installed on my 2023 Passport. The purpose of use will be for a mobility scooter lift. Will it fit?

@Mary Your 2023 Passport has a different frame than a CR-V so we'll need to get you setup with a different hitch. I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e44AR because it has a matte black finish that does a better job protecting it against the elements than the standard glossy finish does. I've had 2 of these installed on different vehicles I've owned and I've been happy with it in both instances. As far as a mobility scooter goes, the hitch has a 750 lb tongue weight so it can handle pretty much anything you throw at it, but your Passport looks to have a max tongue weight of 500 lbs so you need to make sure both the scooter and the carrier don't exceed this limit.
