Question:

I had a kwikee single step on my RV. Not sure what model as it was removed and no longer have the steps as they were damaged. They were electric and already have the wiring still in for the a new set. The mounting bracket underneath has hole dimensions of 20 1/2 x 7 1/2 square and are 7/16 in diameter. Can you help with a new replacement set?

I think what you are looking for is the Kwikee Electric RV Step, # LC3724742. This is the 39 Series step that is 23-7/8" wide step with a bolt hole mounting pattern that is hole dimensions of 20-1/2" x 7 -1/2".
