Question:

I want to order the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 35inch Wheelbase - 8K Item # MR27ZR. My wheelbase is 35 in center of front wheel to center of rear wheel. eTrailer recommends I order the suspension shackle upgrade kit. Which kit? My shackles are 2.5 in based on the mounting holes center to center. Is that the 3-1/8 shackle kit? The vehicle is a Grand Design XLS 19RLE. I sure you have sold MORryde upgrade to several Grand Design customers. Thank you!

Thanks for that info on your shackle strap length, and the best option for an upgrade kit for shackle straps that measure 2-1/2 inches long from center to center bolt hole is the kit with 2-1/4 inch shackle straps:

The # MR46ZR shackle straps are 2-1/4 inches from center to center of their bolt holes, so they are very close in length to yours, so you'll have the same amount of room for suspension travel. The longer 3-1/8 inch straps will result in more movement in your Grand Design's suspension, which is not a good thing as that will lead to other suspension components wearing out more rapidly.
