I have a solution for you but no the Air Lift 1000 Heavy Duty Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs item # AL60828HD will not work with coil spacer springs. I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL88375. These have a 5,000-lb weight capacity. The air bags reduce the strain on your rear suspension, increase safety, and compensate for uneven loads. They level your truck from front to back and adjust independently for side-to-side leveling of off-center loads. They also improve steering and braking performance.
