Just want to make sure before I order this it’ll fit a 2021 f150 6.5ft bed? Thanks

As long as your 2021 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2 foot bed does not include the factory hitch, which your picture shows that you do not, you are good to go with the American made Curt Class IV # C26HR. This will bolt directly to you frame and will offer you 10,000 pounds towing and 1,000 pounds of tongue weight capacity. This jumps to 12,000 pounds and 1,200 pounds respectively when weight distribution is used. However, I do recommend double checking the weight capacity in your owner's manual as a lot of the time hitches will be rated higher than the vehicle.
