Im looking to replace my LCI35T-TB-85.0-70.5-22.5DT-HPIB-SM-G-545, what is the Timbren replacement?

The numbers you provided confirm that you have a Lippert 3500 lb axle.
Lippert couldn't tell me if if was a straight, a drop (which raised the trailer) or a lift (which drops the trailer) axle. Here are the available options.
• For a straight spindle, use # ASR3500S05, or # A35RS545E which includes brake assemblies and hub/drums
or for the same assembly but with idler hubs, use # A35RS545
• For a 2 inch lift spindle, use # TASR35HDS07
• For a 4 inch lift spindle, use # ASR3500S06
• For a 4 inch drop spindle, use # ASR3500S04 or # A35RD545E which includes brakes and hubs or #
A35RD545 which includes idler hubs.
