Thule has truck bed bike racks that fit your 2017 Honda Ridgeline like with the GateMate part # TH823PRO and the fork mounted # TH821 but the Insta-Gater has not been confirmed as a fit from them. Looking at how it installs though I do not see how it would be an issue so I would say that it would fit and work just fine.
