Can this be used on a rock truck with a 30inch wheel diameter?

The strap length of the tire pressure sensor setup you mentioned would not fit the barrel of a 22.5 inch wheel but we do have a solution with the Tuson TPMS part # 335TPMS6WIVS which basically replaces the valve stems and has a pressure range between 0-203 psi.
You'd need to make sure the diameter of your wheel where the valve stem installs is either
0.453" or 0.625" though.
