Hi David,
The antenna for TST TPMS system part # TST-507-INT-6-C should be able to easily handle a 32' long motorhome. TST recommends mounting it as closely to the rear of the motorhome as possible, ideally in a rear storage compartment or the battery compartment against the exterior wall. If the repeater is near the middle or front of the motorhome could reduce its effectiveness. The repeater also needs to be wired directly to a 12V source, so it has constant power while driving. The red light should remain on or sometimes blinking when transmitting even while driving.
I would try relocating the repeater towards the rear of the motorhome and double checking that it's hooked up to a consistent 12V source.
Do all six sensors disconnect or just a few of them?

I installed the repeater antenna in the middle of our 25' RV, on a 12 V circuit, with a manual on/off toggle switch to prevent draw while parked. Our system works fine with or without the sensor turned on! I conclude that the signal from the tire sensors to the color display is strong enough as is - without the antenna. I have never lost connection with any tire sensor, now 18 months since installation. I recommend verifying that the display unit has a solid, strong enough 12V power supply.
