I do have a couple of options for you to transport bikes using your 2019 Volvo S60 but unfortunately there are no trailer hitches that will fit your vehicle yet (October 2021) so we need to look at alternatives:

For a trunk mount bike rack I recommend the Yakima FullBack which comes in both a 2-Bike # Y02634 and a 3-Bike # Y02633 version.

For a full roof rack setup I recommend the Thule Evo Roof Rack system which consists of the 53" Long Bars # TH711420, Evo Clamp Feet # TH710501, and Fit Kit # TH145210 so that you can use a roof mount bike rack like the ProRide XT # TH598004.

A third option is using a SeaSucker roof mount rack which bypasses the use of a traditional roof rack and uses vacuum cups to secure to your roof. For 1 bike use the Talon # 298-BT1004, for 2 bikes use the Mini Bomber # 298-BM2006, or for 3 bikes use the Bomber # 298-BB3008.
