Question:

I have the Blue Ox Aventa LX BX7445 tow bar and the ball joint is lose. I would like to rebuild the joint or replace it with a different joint. Everything else about the tow bar it good. Do you have an option for me to repair the tow bar? If not, can I get it repaired by Blue Ox? I have picture but the button is greyed out.

I spoke to my contact at Blue Ox, she said that they will service your tow bar if it is less than 8 years old. To determine how old it is she said there is an engraving on the bottom of the driver's side leg that will have the model #, serial # and manufacture date. They will need that information to determine if they can rebuild your tow bar.

We do not have the parts to rebuild your Blue Ox Aventa LX BX7445.

If you need to replace the tow bar, the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 10,000 lbs # BX7420 is the replacement tow bar.
