The Curt # C11473 fits the 2022 Toyota Prius, according to Curt so it'll work great for you. The hitch would work well as an attachment point for a hitch mounted accessory like a bike rack or cargo carrying tray.
If you'll be using the hitch for light duty towing, you'll need to add a trailer wiring harness like part # C56353, a ball mount like part # C45521, a # PC2 hitch pin and a trailer ball. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, use # 19256 or # 19258 for a 2 inch ball.
