Question:
I have a 2019 Subaru Crosstreck with tire size P225/60R17 98H. The Titan Cable Chain # TC339DC was recommended to another person who inquired, however the website description only says it fits all models with tire size 225/55-18. What Class S spring chains do you recommend for P225/60R17 98H tires on a 2019 Subaru Crosstreck?

Tire chains that use cables, like what you find with part # TC339DC, are pretty much a one-time use as they are essentially a cheap way to say that you have chains when the law requires it. If you're needing to use actual chains then I have a few options that are Class S compatible and will fit the 225/60R17 tires on your 2019 Subaru Crosstrek.
The Konig CB12 # TH01221104 are the next step up, will be easier to install, and will be a major upgrade to entry-level cable-style chains when it comes to durability and performance. Next best are the Konig CG9 # TH2004205104. These take the CB12 and add self-tensioning to them which keeps them snug against the sidewall of your tires which in turn protects your wheels from making contact with the chains. These are followed closely by the CU9 # TH04115104 which also have self-tensioning, but the middle piece of the chains make it a simple drape-over install that you secure to your tire by stepping down on the foot piece (once the chain is properly adjusted, of course).
Please note that when I looked up your owner's manual it stated not to use tire chains due to clearance. Typically this clearance is on the backside of the tire where the chains could come into contact with some brake lines or wiring. If this is the case for you then the safest option is the Konig K-Summit K45 # th02230k45. I usually don't mention this chain because it is very premium, but if you need chains for where you are going and you plan on using them often, this is what you need.
I have attached review videos of all 4 options for you to check out to get a better idea of what each set has to offer.
