What is the Maximum Speed Rating for Konig XG12 Tire Chains

Question:
Did no see a published or recommended speed with the chains on. For a 4 wheel drive vehicle is it better to mount on the front or rear tires

I checked with Konig and tire chains TH2004705265 are rated for 50 kilometers per hour which is the same as 31 miles per hour. On a 4x4 vehicle it is better to put the chains on the main drive wheels which on a 4x4 is the rear set.
