Troubleshooting No Cruise Control of 2008 Honda Element after Trailer Wiring Install

Question:
Hello I installed this trailer wiring harness yesterday and now my cruise control wont work. Any suggestions on what went wrong? Thanks.

First try removing the harness to see if the cruise control starts to work again. That will isolate the harness or the install as the problem. Next try carefully reinstalling it and see if the problem comes back. Sometimes a connector not seating all the way or a fuse not install properly causes odd issues. If that does not fix it the harness is most likely bad and would need to be replaced.
