Question:
I had a Husky 16K-S hitch on my F250. The hitch was stolen, but the base rails are still on the truck. Will the Curt E16 fit into these rails? I will be towing a Keystone model 403 Fusion toyhauler without toys.

The Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # C16115 is a slide type hitch that will mount to the bed of your 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty using above bed Industry Standard Rails (ISR). It is listed as being compatible with Husky above-bed base rails and those from B&W, Curt, Demco, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, and Valley.
The different manufacturers all make their own brand of rail kit, but they have pattern they follow for the connection points that allows other manufacturers hitches to be used with their base rails. Please note the attached image Check out the picture I attached to see dimensions of standard rails and compare them to yours.
If you do determine that you do have standard size rails, which I expect you will, the Curt E5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16516 that you referenced would definitely work. But if you need to replace the the rails, the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford, # C16424-204 is for a 2012 Ford F-250. I also recommend the Tow Ready Base Rail Lock for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, # TR63254.
I attached installation instructions for this hitch.
