There is only one option for a 24 inch hitch extender that fits in a 2 inch receiver, the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers - 24" Long # TLE1524. Technically this is for TorkLift SuperHitch dual-receiver trailer hitches but you could use just the top portion if you really wanted to do so.
This may be more than you were looking to spend for an extender but I did want to at least mention there was an option for you. Otherwise, the longest standard hitch extension for a 2 inch hitch is 18 inches long:
- Draw-Tite Hitch Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers - 18" Long # HE18
