The Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Custom Installation Kit with Brackets and Rails - Ford Super Duty 1999-04 # 50043-6008 is a custom fit rail for your 2003 Ford F-350 Dually so it will require no drilling into the frame for installation. It is an Industry Standard Rail (ISR) so it can fit a variety of ISR 5th wheel hitches on it as well.
