I have another option for you, but the Swagman Pick-Up Truck-Bed-Mounted 2 Bike Carrier # S64702 you were looking at does not fit your 2020 Ford Ranger, and is also not compatible with a tonneau cover.

Instead I recommend going with the Thule GateMate Pro Tailgate Pad # TH823PRO which is a confirmed fit for your truck, and with your BAKflip MX4 cover folded up you should have no issues with your bikes interfering with the cover given they are standard bikes and not extra long like a recumbent bike.
