Question:
Good morning, I had a Uhaul dealer install a trailer hitch and wiring to my 2018 Audi Q5. It wasnt working correctly when I hooked up my trailer, when I put on the right directional it worked correctly, when i put on the left directional both turn lights blink. I brought it back to Uhaul and they said they fixed it, again I have the same problem, when I went back I was told that it is an Audi problem and to bring it to them. My question is the converter part # 59236 the right part for a 2018 Audi Q5? Maybe they have installed it wrong.

Sounds like U-Haul either didn't install your wiring kit properly or they installed the wrong kit and don't want to be on the hook for it. So while it's hard to say what actually is going wrong I can tell you that we installed the # C59496 on a 2019 Audi Q5 and it worked perfectly fine so that would be our best option. I attached an install video for this kit on the 2019 Q5 for you to check out as well to that you could use to walk you through the process.
