Have the plastic locks that got some bad ratings been replaced with metal locks?

The RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount, part # RKY10007, will come with the nylon lock. The premium lock only comes on the RockyMounts SplitRail and the RockyMounts BackStage. You can get the Replacement Hitch Lock Pod for RockyMounts Bike Rack, part # RKY12006, and replace the nylon lock with a premium metal lock.
