For fronts its a wash dimensionally but for rear how much stiffer is the 1.625 1139-163 in bar than the 1.500 1139-147? Thank you

I'll start out by saying that we don't offer Hellwig products, but in my experience Roadmaster parts have a bit more durable components (bushings, etc.) and are generally a bit easier to install; both do a great job once they're installed but the quality of components and ease of installation of Roadmaster parts makes them a bit better in my opinion. It sounds like you're wanting to add front and rear sway bars to your 2018 E-450 Class C Jayco Redhawk 29XK and Roadmaster gives you some really great options for the E-450 with the V10 engine that your Redhawk 29XK has.
When it comes to the front sway bar the only available Roadmaster fit is the # RM-1139-176, which is 1-3/8" diameter and a confirmed fit on the V10 Triton engines. This front sway bar offers a no-drill installation, which will save both time and money, plus it also gives you a durable solution to help stiffen up the front end. When it comes to the rear of the Class C, you'll need to choose which solution will work based on whether or not your chassis has the automatic chains feature on the rear axle. If you don't have the auto-chains then you'll want to use the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-147, which is a 1-1/2" diameter sway bar that will work well on your Class C.
The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-163 with the 1-5/8" diameter is not designed for Class C applications like your Jayco Redhawk 29XK and will only fit on emergency vehicles on the E-450 chassis.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out.
