The differences between the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch # 391HYUNPALIS19T you were looking at and the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391HYUNPALIS19 for your 2021 Hyundai Palisade is that the # 391HYUNPALIS19T includes the receiver, the special tow ball, and a 7-way connector.

The # 391HYUNPALIS19 only includes a receiver and cannot be used for towing a trailer, only for carrying a bike rack or cargo carrier.

You will need to match the rack you choose to the what you plan on using the hitch for, but honestly I would just go with the towing version # 391HYUNPALIS19T as it will allow you to tow or carry a bike rack or cargo carrier without having to purchase anything else.
