This Stealth Hitches trailer hitch includes everything you need to hook up your trailer for towing. The ball mount pops into the hitch's center block so you can attach your trailer's coupler to the hitch ball. The custom-fit wiring harness lets you power your trailer's lights. And the safety chain loops let you attach your trailer's safety chains. A receiver attachment is included as well for those times you need to use a bike rack or cargo carrier instead of towing your trailer. This all-in-1 solution saves you the headache of scrambling for missing parts, so you can get on the road faster than ever.
Nothing can ruin the clean, stylish look of your vehicle like a giant piece of metal bolted beneath the bumper. Luckily, with the Stealth Hitches trailer hitch receiver, you never have to worry about messing up your vehicle's lines.
This hitch installs behind your bumper, keeping the cross tube concealed and leaving only the ball mount visible. Even better, the ball mount can be easily removed from the cross tube when it's not in use, so you won't see any trace of the hitch. This means that you can retain that clean, from-the-factory look for your ride, while still being able to tow your trailer on the next family road trip.
This hitch also comes with a removable 2" square receiver, which can be used to mount any variety of hitch accessories, like your bike rack or cargo carrier.
Both the ball mount attachment and receiver attachment can be installed and removed in seconds with no tools required. Simply pop the selected attachment's base up into the stainless steel block at the center of the hitch until it automatically latches in place.
Be sure to then press the lock on the side of the block to fully secure the attachment. When you're finished hauling, use the included key to unlock the latch. Then turn the handle on the block clockwise and remove the attachment. You can stow the attachments in a safe place like your vehicle's rear cargo area, or you can use a convenient carrying case (391CASEC - sold separately).
And when you're not using an attachment, the included hitch plug covers the center block's opening to protect the hitch's body from dirt and debris.
The included custom-fit wiring plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness to power your trailer's lights. This harness is located in your rear cargo area, on the driver's side. Once you've made all of the necessary connections, insert the provided fuse into the in-line fuse holder.
Once installation is complete, the 7-way connector will mount beneath your hitch. A mounting bracket is included to attach the connector to your hitch.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 7-way connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

Use the included receiver attachment to mount a bike rack or cargo carrier. Custom trailer wiring included.Like a friend of mine used to say "neater than sliced bread". I guess that dates me. While I haven't used it yet, the instructions were excellent ( I also watched a YouTube video) and I installed it alone during this period of social distancing. The only difficulty I had was the 90 foot pounds of torque required on the horizontal bolts, but I did it.
And just for any DIY folks, I have included a photo of my DIY hitch lift. It's a hinged box mounted on a floor jack which is sitting on a roller platform. I let me tuck the hitch over the exhaust and lift it up.
I would rate it 5 stars, but it is was extremely difficult to install. If you have the monkey have a professional do it for you to save you the pain.
The carrier mount did not quite fit the frame. I had to use a jack and practically lift the car by the carrier frame to force it into place. Then I hat to use a sacrificial bolt I had and beat it to death to get the bolt holes lined up. Really tough install!
Another issue I found was the washers need to be half moons to clear the floor panels on side where muffler is. They don’t fit at all so I had to leave them out when tightening down.
Other than the painful install it should be a nicely concealed hitch on my Palisade.
Installation was straightforward But due to the hitch not being capable of any height adjustment I had to make changes to my trailer tung for those adjustments for level towing.
This hitch is the bomb diggity & is virtually invisible when not in use. The OEM hitch for the Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy is such an eyesore in comparison & you only need spend a few more bucks to get this gem of a hitch.
For those wondering if you can do a solo install without a lift. Yes you can, I'm 44 and weigh a buck fifty & had no issues doing it alone. If you understand how to utilize leverage you'll be fine.
Unfortunately this product doesn't stand up to Minnesota winters. I was doing the regular maintenance, but no matter how much lithium grease I kept putting on, the entire mount has rusted solid. I can no longer remove the receiver a family trip taking about a week. Ironically, the only thing that isn't rusted is the key lock... I cannot recommend the price for this if you're in Minnesota.
Love the Stealth Hitch. It’s easy to put on and it accomplished my desire to not have a bulky hitch showing all of the time. E trailers service was also exceptional. Will definitely use them again!
Everything went well during my installation. The video was extremely helpful. Missing two I believe 8-32 screws that hold electrical connector into its socket. No problem as we had in our garage.
Definitely suggest this hitch over any other available if you want to keep your car looking great when not in use.
Installed this hitch on my 2021 Palisade on Saturday. The instructions were great and left little to no surprises. Hitch fit perfectly and feels very solid. The only issues I had were with the washers that go on the bolts that go through the frame. There were places where the washer was too big to fit. I needed to grind (3) washers down to get them to fit out of 8 total. I also initially had some of the wiring wrong, but a call to tech support this morning had that problem solved quickly. Overall I am extremely happy with the product.

Going strong! Hitch has held up very well and offers a very secure connection. I upgraded the ball to one with a built in 2” riser. Have used extensively and am very happy with the product.
This is a great solution and almost completely invisible. Even the factory hitch is quite an eye sore, so I am so glad I found this solution. Works great

Working Great and I love that when I am not using It there is no hitch receiver to look at. It is easy to connect and disconnect. I would buy this again for sure!
I know this is an expensive hitch but if your looking for the cleanest look and to not have the tongue and ball sticking out, all the time, to hit your shins on, this is the hitch! Works great and is completely, 100%, you can't see it, HIDDEN.

A year lator and no complaints at all. We have used the hi tech a half dozen times and it works perfect.
We love our Stealth Hitch! It functions perfectly just like any other hitch but the name stealth is a good description. You never know it's there during the times when you are not towing. It is completely hidden yet works very well to tow our boat when we need it. Thank you!
The hitch seems very solid. Once installed it is simple to use and when not in use is invisible! No ugly hitch hanging below the bumper and no loss of ground clearance except when towing. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is it took my professional hitch installer 1.75 hrs to install the receiver and 1.0 hrs to install the wiring for a total of $320 bucks! The documentation estimates 1.0 hr for the total install.
I just got the hitch installed... It's awesome. All functions as advertised.. Cosmetically does not alter my Palisades rear bumper look.

The hitch and all parts were delivered to the schedule that I was given when purchased. I watched the install videos on the specific hitch that I purchased on a 2020 Palasade and I have a 2021 but it was all the same.
I installed the hideaway hitch and light connections in 2 1/2 hours. Follow the video and you won’t go wrong.
I did have to modify the 2 washers that go on the passenger side to hold the hitch to the frame. I used a dremel to cut one side of the washer flat. It would be good if the washers came ready in the kit.
The fit was perfect and I used it today to pull my trailer.
I would attach a picture but you wouldn’t see anything.

Just had the Stealth Hitch installed on my 2021 Palisade. Looking forward to using it. It was delivered earlier than expected and had everything needed for the installation. I would highly recommend e-trailer products any time.
Good product, has a 2” riser, would be better if had a higher riser since the hitch sits so low.
Have used this hitch multiple times with no issues. Like the fact that the hitch can be removed from the receiver which then allows the static frame to be hidden from sight.
The racks fit well and secure on 2021 Palisade. A little cumbersome to assemble but a little patients goes a long way. Also 4 pieces were robbed from one box.
The people at etrailer made it right by sending the lost part ASAP.

Fine so far Ive only used it with a plat form carrier to carry rental lawn equipment.
