A shop that is familiar with installing towed vehicle wiring harnesses such as the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit # RM-152-98146-7 should be able to install it on your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in a few hours without a problem.
You will however want to reach out to the shop directly to see how long they tell you to expect the install to take, as they are the best judge of their own skill set.
