For your 2018 Ford F-250 you'd have to go with a custom install fifth wheel rail kit like the part # RP56017-53 as the Curt universal kit that comes with the # C16116 would not fit. With the Reese rail kit you'd be able to use the Curt E16 part # C16115 and it is custom fit for your truck.
