For a great rack that for your 2 fat-tire electric bikes, I recommend the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches # HLY64FR. The RV Rider will be able to accommodate fat tires up to 5 inches wide and has a maximum per-bike weight capacity of 80 pounds. Also, the RV rider comes with a long shank (7-1/2 inches from the center pinhole to the closest part of the rack) so bumper clearance should not be an issue on your 2019 GMC Yukon Denali. Another great feature of the RV Rider is that you will not need to get a bike frame adapter bar like # 64005 if you have a women's-style bike frame, an alternative bike frame, or a step-thru. This is because the cradles adjust independently to fit any style of bike.

If you are looking for an option that has an integrated ramp for easy loading, I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH903202. The EasyFold XT comes with a 65-pound per bike weight capacity and comes with the same adjustable-style cradles as the RV Rider. For your fat bike tires, you will need to purchase a single set of the Fat Tire Straps # TH985101. With the integrated ramp of the EasyFold XT, you will not have to lift your bike from the ground for mounting. To make the loading even easier, the Extra-Long Loading Ramp for Thule EasyFold XT # TH933402. The longer ramp decreases the incline of the ramp so it will not be as steep as the angle of the shorter ramp that comes with the rack. On the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, it states it can accommodate fat tires with the fat tire strap. Is this strap included or sold separately? Thanks.

The Fat Tire Straps # TH98510 that fit the EasyFold XT # TH903202 are sold separately. The straps can accommodate fat tires up to 4-11/16 inches wide. If you have two fat bikes, you will need to purchase one a single set.
