Question:
Can the newest version of the Kuat Transfer carry two e-bikes, each 60#?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Kuat # KU74FR Transfer V2 that you'd looked at, which is compatible with both 1-1/4 and 2 inch hitches has a 40 lb per bike capacity, so it wouldn't safely carry your e-bikes.
However the # KU84FR V2 model which fits 2 inch hitches only, has a 60 lbs per bike capacity, so it will handle 2-60 lb e-bikes with tires up to 3 inches in width. The Transfer is a really nice bike rack, my favorite feature is it's U-Shaped frame, which allows you to stand closer to the back of the vehicle when loading the inner-most bike, which is much easier on your back.
I've linked to a product demonstration video for the Kuat # KU84FR Transfer V2.
