Can you unscrew the 2 long screws going across and put it on mount already on camper?

Yes, you can remove the bracket bolts off of the Scissor Stabilizer Jack - 18-3/4" Travel - 2,500lbs - Qty 1 # TJSC-24 and attach it to the brackets you already have on your camper. I actually end up recommending doing this quite a bit because RV manufacturers love to use odd sizes and most people would prefer to not add more holes in their campers when they can just reuse their current bolt holes.
