Yes, a high-low adapter like the # RM-048-10 you were looking at can be used to tow your Jeep behind your motorhome as this is exactly what it was designed for.

You will however need to use the below article to measure your motorhome and Jeep to make sure you are getting your tow bar within 3" of level. The # RM-048-10 has 10-1/4" of rise or drop so if that's what you need this is perfect, if not check out our selection of adapters linked below.
